Techniques
In
keeping with our mission to build wooden boats with 'traditional'
as well as 'modern' techniques, we undertook with this course to teach
the art of 'lining off', spiling, getting out and hanging planks on
a typical carvel planked boat, in this case, a Cat's-Paw dinghy. Here
instructor and master boat builder Michael Kortchmar (center) instructs
